Sub-processors

Albatross Digital Golf Ltd (registered in England and Wales) operates Capture, the AI website chat and voice concierge for golf clubs. To deliver Capture, we engage the sub-processors listed below. One list serves all clubs that use Capture.
In delivering the concierge, Albatross Digital Golf Ltd acts as a processor on the documented instructions of each golf club (the controller). We remain responsible to our clubs for these sub-processors and maintain data-processing terms with each of them. We will notify clubs in advance of any change to this list, giving each club the opportunity to object.

Where a sub-processor is located outside the United Kingdom, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses, or because the provider processes the data within the UK/EU.
